Reporting hazards and incidents helps us identify potential risks early, prevent accidents, and ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Remember, health and safety is a shared responsibility, and your report can make a difference. 


If you see a safety concern or hazard, report it immediately to your supervisor or the designated health and safety officer. Prompt reporting allows us to address issues quickly and keep everyone safe.
